The ordering process
Which service do I select?
If you only need a basic spelling/grammar check, the proofreading service is for you. If you want more in-depth editing on top of that, the editing service is the right option for you (whether you’re looking for line editing or copy editing). It’s that simple!

How do I place an order?
Once you have decided which service you need, just head to the corresponding page and place an order! Pricing will be determined based on the service you select, the length of your document, and your requested turnaround time. You do not have to guess how much your order will cost, because all pricing is transparent.
If you have a document over 5,000 words, please request a free consultation so we can work out a customized agreement.
How do I send you my document?
After you place an order, you will be taken to the Order Requirements form where you can upload your document and send along any particular requests you may have.
When can I expect my document back?
Once you have completed your order and sent along your document, I will begin working on it as soon as possible. You will get your document back before your requested deadline (which is determined based on the minute I received your document), and in most cases you will get your document back with time to spare, in case I need to make a second (or third) round of edits.
What does Textamend guarantee?

No acknowledgment required: I will never request any type of acknowledgment for helping you with your document.
